Clinic Personnel
Erin Ware, has joined Affordable Health Care Clinic and is responsible for all front office activities
including making appointments, completing membership agreements, daily financial management and assisting patients with computer resources and
learning activities. Erin will also serve as the fitness coordinator for Achievable Fitness Center (a part of the Affordable Health Care Clinic)
for the men's and women's fitness facilities. Her role includes conducting individualized fitness appraisals, assisting clients with developing
fitness goals, orienting members to circuit training equipment, encouraging members to obtain maximum fitness, developing programs that motivate
members to exercise consistently and improve their overall wellness.
